Northern Lines Contracting is a locally-owned construction company specializing in grading and excavation, sewer and water, street construction, aggregates, and demolition. To support their company’s needs for office and maintenance space, the PlanForce team helped to create an 11,600-square-foot design-build in collaboration with Mesenbrink Construction.
