Arcserve — Eden Prairie, MN

Data protection software provider Arcserve found a great space for their new corporate office. Only problem: it was too big! PlanForce helped subdivide the building into two tenant spaces, so Arcserve could inhabit the space they loved.

The building was originally designed for a large single tenant. Arcserve didn’t need all of the space, so PlanForce helped subdivide the building into two tenant spaces. We did this with minimal impact to existing construction to achieve a tenant space that Arcserve loves.

PlanForce was able to adaptively repurpose the existing space to enhance spatial need for an emerging tenant. The end result complements the needs for the tenant while fitting the budgetary and timing needs for both the landlord and tenant.
