For this new, upscale location, Lu’s Sandwiches wanted the store to be inspired by Asian influences, but not feel like a Chinese restaurant. The final look is contemporary, hip, and trendy, with bright, energetic paint colors, a unique, vibrant mural, and warm wood accents.
By phasing this 202,000 SF facility for Target/CEVA Logistics, we were able to meet the client’s aggressive move-in deadline. The industrial space incorporates general office and warehouse for logistics operations.
