The Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal has published a Table of Experts panel discussion focused on the workplace of the future. Panelists included Weld Ransom, board director at PlanForce; Kalyn Hove, vice president at Comcast Business; and Brian Niemczyk, partner at Hellmuth & Johnson. Kathy Robideau, market president and publisher of the Business Journal, served as moderator.

The discussion highlighted changes to workplaces due to COVID-19, including how workspace design will be changing in its wake. Panelists talked about:

  • Legal requirements and liabilities for bringing employees back to work
  • WELL design standards to keep workers healthy
  • IT security measures for remote workers

The panelists agreed that people are the greatest asset of every business and the workplace of the future needs to support their health and wellbeing.
