Construction by Mission Construction is well underway at Metro Sales’ new location in Burnsville, Minnesota. The 53,000 square-foot facility includes a large showroom space for product demonstrations, flexible office space, and efficient warehouse space. The project was led and managed by Forte Real Estate Partners, with architecture and interior design by PlanForce.

In designing the new space for Metro Sales, the PlanForce team focused on several primary objectives:

- Designing versatile spaces that allow employees flexibility to do their work, including areas for collaboration and connection
- Improving efficiency and teamwork by bringing several locations under one roof and optimally utilizing the warehouse space
Metro Sales specializes in providing innovative printing solutions across multiple industries. Their new headquarters location consolidates several facilities into one, and construction is slated to be complete in December 2021.
