The old Case Tractor Factory is a 160,000+ square foot facility that sits on more than 7 acres and is located along I-94 and Highway 280 in the heart of the Twin Cities metropolitan area. The warehouse-to-office conversion, currently underway, promises to be one of the year’s most talked about Twin Cities commercial architecture projects. The space is already partially leased, with engineering firm Kimley Horn and an as-yet unnamed brewery set to move in later in the year.
15 ft. ceilings open to the deck, skylights throughout, and exposed metal beams make the Case Building a must-see example of adaptive reuse. This creative warehouse conversion, designed by PlanForce, will feature a collaborative common area with seating, game areas, and conference rooms.
