Hinton Heights — Cottage Grove, MN

Hinton Heights is a beautiful apartment community conveniently located in Cottage Grove, just off Highway 10 and south of Woodbury. They first reached out to PlanForce to help design a structural roof replacement above the community pool. In addition to this critical structural work, PlanForce helped to reconfigure a number of sections in the remainder of the community building.

We relocated and combined the exercise areas closer to the pool and restroom facilities. We also moved the offices closer to the main entrance and downsized the community laundry facilities (as most units now have their own). The final project also refreshed the design for the community and game rooms and made accessibility improvements.
