With the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) now declared a global pandemic, we cannot help but think of all those we know and care about, including you, with whom we have the privilege to work. We wanted to share more about what we are doing to keep you and PlanForce staff safe and secure.
First and foremost, we care about everyone’s safety. We are closely monitoring the situation and guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to minimize potential exposure and spread of viral infection.
Based on this guidance, PlanForce staff will be working from home over the coming weeks. During this temporary arrangement, we are committed to fulfilling our responsibilities to you, our clients. We are very much open for business and will continue to serve you and meet your project needs. However, disruption in our business operations may slow our response time. Please confirm critical timing dates with your PlanForce contact(s).
In addition to staff working from home, we will use digital meetings instead of face-to-face gatherings. PlanForce uses Uberconference for these, and more information on accessing these meetings will come from your primary PlanForce contact.
Likewise, we will be limiting site surveys and visits for the next few weeks where they are not mission-critical. Should timing be an issue, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to meet your project goals.
