Court & Case Property Marketing
As part of their redevelopment of the historic Case building in Saint Paul, Suntide Commercial Realty wanted to develop new branding and property marketing materials that would promote Case and the adjacent Court International building as a single business campus. With our experience as the project architect, PlanForce was a natural choice!
We began the process by developing a number of options for the campus name, based on the history of the two buildings and local landmarks. The final selection, Court & Case, is common-sense, keeps the focus on the respective names of the two buildings, and takes advantage of a popular naming convention, utilized by brands like Crisp & Green, Frank + Oak, and Boll & Branch.
Based on the chosen name, we designed a variety of logo concepts that took their inspiration from the campus’s history and creative vibe. The final design plays up the dual nature of the two buildings with a logo that can be viewed as both a badge and a building.
Two Unique Buildings, One Unforgettable Brand Experience
To promote the campus to prospective tenants and the Twin Cities commercial real estate community, we developed a website design featuring custom-produced site photography, an interactive neighborhood map, and pages for each available suite. The site, viewable at courtandcase.com, highlights the history of each building, convenient access to transit and amenities, as well as the impressive features they share as a business campus. The website is fully responsive, meaning it looks great on any size display, from the largest desktop computer to tablets and mobile phones. PlanForce also provided training on how to update and edit the website.
In addition, we designed a property marketing brochure for the combined campus that is clean, with lots of photos, and relies on headlines and bullet points, rather than heavy copy, to tell the story of the two buildings. The brochure targets high-tech and engineering tenants by focusing on how the campus can help their recruitment and retention efforts.
Finally, we developed a 360° virtual tour for each building. The tours feature the common areas of both Court and Case, the newly built-out fitness center and still available tenant suites within Case. The virtual tours can be accessed through the new website, and, when viewed through a mobile device, provide a truly interactive experience of these amazing spaces.
Branding and property marketing should be a critical part of any commercial real estate strategy. We were excited to work with Suntide to create branding, a website, and marketing collateral that is driving interest and results for the combined campus.
PlanForce captured the look, feel and tone of our marketing campaign from the beginning. Their expertise and guidance was imperative to the success of branding the buildings. Thank you for delivering a quality product — the website and brochure are a huge hit!
