RE/MAX Results Loring Park › Minneapolis, MN
The Loring Park office of long-time PlanForce client RE/MAX Results is constructed in an old car dealership building dating back to 1918. The design keeps many of the original features, such as the exposed brick wall and barn doors on the lower level. Warm colors and materials along with highly reflective surfaces such as quartz and glass presents a company brand statement that is very contemporary.
The architecture and interior design of this office environment perfectly fits the hip aesthetic of the Loring Park neighborhood in which it resides. It’s situated right on Hennepin Avenue, one of the main streets in Minneapolis. When sitting in one of three glass conference rooms on the main level, you are faced with beautiful views of the Basilica of Saint Mary.
Architectural challenges such as existing building columns become artistic features in the final office interior design. And of course, no real estate office is complete without TV screens and Apple TV in every conference room, resource areas, and a training room large enough to fit 18 people. The design solution for this creative workspace is ultimately exciting and inviting, functional and efficient — and serves as an extension of the RE/MAX Results brand.
“Beautiful facilities are an important part of our brand.”
