DirecTV — Eden Prairie, MN
Colorado-based DirecTV engaged PlanForce to design its call center location in Minnesota. Our work was to design the office utilizing DirecTV’s branded finishes and materials into the new call center.
The DirecTV environment consisted of 80-90 call stations, private offices, conference rooms, and a reception room. A neutral palette of colors is accentuated by bright bursts of color to liven up the office environment.
Designed for Fun
We were also given the opportunity to design a break room for the employees called “The Fun Room”. Our design solution was to bring in color and shape in the ceiling using bright colors from the furnishings that were continued in this space from other areas in the scope of the design. The end result is a room that is perky, bright, and offers a refreshing change of environment.
