Target/CEVA Logistics Distribution Center — Shakopee, MN

The design of the 202,000 SF facility for Target and CEVA Logistics incorporated general office and warehouse for logistics operations. By phasing the project we were able to meet the client’s aggressive move-in deadline. The first phase built out a small office and restrooms for the warehouse, covering the minimum needs for operation and what we needed to obtain a building permit. The second phase was a larger back office/forklift area for logistics operations. Same-day responsiveness with the contractor also played a major role in success of the project.
