Rack Shack BBQ — Eagan, MN

Rack Shack BBQ moved from Burnsville to Eagan to take advantage of a busy retail shopping center with improved visibility and foot traffic, and PlanForce helped them make the most of their new space! In designing the new quick-serve restaurant, the goal was to leave as much room out front as possible for seating and branding, while still providing the space needed for all of their restaurant equipment.

PlanForce worked directly with Rack Shack BBQ’s owner to meet all of the restaurant’s operational and workflow needs. With the new, more high-profile space, Rack Shack BBQ is able to delight existing customers and new fans alike with their secret family recipes, special rub mix of 17 herbs and spices, and eight hand-crafted signature sauces. Yum!
