First Western Bank — Minot, ND

First Western Bank occupies the prime corner of the North Hill development in Minot, ND. This building creates a strong presence for the bank and surrounding development.

This two-story First Western branch bank spaces include a building lobby, four teller stations, private loan offices, a bank vault, and a rentable lower level. A drive-up canopy accommodates three teller lanes plus an ATM. An exterior wall bearing style construction eliminated building perimeter columns, which opened up the interior spaces.

Materials such as wood, stone and glass are used extensively on the interior. We incorporated the same exterior finish materials as the surrounding North Hill development buildings along with a complimentary color scheme. The impressive corner tower is very visible and a strategic branding element for the bank. The tower is equipped with program colored LED lights which make for a very visible structure in the evening.
