The new Sanctuary SalonSpa in Excelsior, MN, has been nominated for a 2018 Minnesota Shopping Center Association STARR (Shopping Center Tribute Award for Retail Real Estate) Award for retail store design. MSCA STARR entries are reviewed and judged by a group of industry specialists, professionals, and peers closely involved with retail real estate. Nominees are judged on the project’s before-and-after story, as well as the enhancement of the retail space, including: innovative design, construction approach, re-positioning strategies, tenant mix, and integration into the community.
